1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and pub77 ("pub77," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the pub77 website located at pub77.vip and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

pub77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to players who do not meet the eligibility requirements — including players under 21 years of age — will be suspended immediately and any funds held in such accounts will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money games and services on pub77, you must register a player account. When registering, you agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

pub77 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits may also be available subject to your bank's policies.

All transactions on pub77 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the pub77 cashier page and are subject to change.

• Deposits are generally credited to your pub77 account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider.

• pub77 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawals. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the pub77 account.

Any funds deposited into your pub77 account are held for the purpose of gaming activity on the Platform. pub77 does not pay interest on player account balances.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pub77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated for each promotion.

10. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. 11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pub77 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

pub77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pub77 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pub77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12. Termination

pub77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or at pub77's sole discretion.

You may close your pub77 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall survive the termination of your account.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pub77 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to pub77's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
